What is PillCombo?

PillCombo is a free drug interaction checker that lets you instantly verify whether two or more medications can be safely taken together. It is designed as a convenient first reference when questions arise about medications — before consulting a healthcare professional.

🇰🇷 Korean MFDS DUR (Drug Utilization Review)

We also incorporate the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's DUR public API, which covers contraindicated drug combinations and therapeutic duplication data. Source: Korea Public Data Portal (data.go.kr)

📋 Clinical Interaction Database

Additionally, we maintain a curated database of clinically significant drug interactions based on published pharmacological literature, covering common drug combinations checked by users worldwide.

Service Limitations

  • This service is based on publicly available databases and does not cover every possible drug combination.
  • The same drug at different doses or in different formulations may have different interaction profiles.
  • Herbal supplements, some rare medications, and experimental drugs may not be included in our database.
  • Data is updated regularly, but there may be a lag compared to the latest clinical evidence.
