About PillCombo
What is PillCombo?
PillCombo (약조합체크) is a free drug interaction checker that lets you instantly verify whether two or more medications can be safely taken together. It is designed as a convenient first reference when questions arise about medications — before consulting a healthcare professional.
All data is sourced exclusively from official government APIs — the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) DUR system and the U.S. FDA openFDA database — covering 44,000+ registered medications. No drug names you enter are stored on our servers.

Service Limitations
- This service is based on publicly available databases and does not cover every possible drug combination.
- The same drug at different doses or in different formulations may have different interaction profiles.
- Herbal supplements, some rare medications, and experimental drugs may not be included in our database.
- Data is updated regularly, but there may be a lag compared to the latest clinical evidence.
- A result of "no contraindication found" does not guarantee safety — always confirm with a healthcare professional.
